There are a few pieces of neighbor homes in our back yard...just little accent pieces. Thankfully there was no visible damage to our house, not even any missing shingles from what I can tell. But anyway, the pool house steeple used to sit on top of the roof right in the middle. Not anymore!
Alexis is really flying through her math facts now. She's passed a test every day this week and she's finally on her very last addition test today. Next she'll move on to multiplication, which I foresee going much quicker for her since they have been learning songs to help them memorize the facts.
I've been hooked on watching "The Legend of the Seeker" on the internet this week. I just can't stop myself. I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I run out of episodes to watch and I actually have to wait on the next one!
Kaylee's got her Valentine's day party at school this morning. It's always a lot of fun to see her little eyes light up when she opens every valentine! She wrote her own name on 16 valentines for her class and put them in the envelopes all by herself. She's such a big girl! Well, speaking of Kaylee, I probably should head back to church to get her!

Glad y'all avoided any damage!
Alexis sounds like such a smart girl. I bet y'all are so proud of her. I always enjoyed multiplication, even though I suck at math.
G. had her Vday party this afternoon. They have early out tomorrow and no school on Monday.
