Observation

Just a quickie to say running is NOT my friend!

My body is not build for speed or running either, honey.

I think the real problem was, I asked Ryan (running expert) how many miles a 2.5K was and he tells me 2.2 miles. Nope...only 1.5 miles...so I ran a lot more than I was supposed to yesterday...a 3.5K instead of a 2.5K. Oh well...I burnt more calories that way...

I've thought about trying to run a mini sometime next summer or fall. Wanna try to do it?

No thanks...but Ryan would run with you. I much prefer strength training as to running or any other cardio. Who knows though...I may change my mind one of these days.
