It has been flurry of activities here! We opted to hire Stern Construction again to run our water lines and run a line of duct work to the back of the house for our bathroom vent. Here are some pictures of their handywork:

Next up is the drywall. We hired Stern Construction again (these guys are great) and the drywall expert has a day job, but this was his week of vacation. They were here everyday this week, including the weekend and just have a few finishing touches left.

I think my favorite part is the columns. They have done a great job creating my vision of our basement!
Next and last on the list is our concrete edging in the front yard. Just two pictures, but I think it's so pretty!
